SHADOWBROOK DEVELOPMENT CHANGES ???

UPDATE Th Jan 19 2023. I have received correspondence from Councilor Tate, Cory in the mayor's office that there currenly are no changes to development plans for Southbrook. ----- IT was brought to my attention today. There has been a change to what was initially planned at the Shadowbrook Development. According to the caller,there will now be 63 units placed in Shadowbrook rather than the 52 originally announced. I have not personally received confirmation of this information.
