BUILD WEALTH! KEEP YOUR FAMILYS HARD EARNED PROPERTY

Image
Lets work together on pushing home ownership initiatives to keep our neighborhood an awesome place to live work and play! We get calls every month from neighbors who arr fed up with issues caused by investors who fall to properly screen and/or monitor tenants of the residential units they own. Many of these units fail to be properly maintained. Let's work together to open new doors to home ownership in North Pratt and Pratt City! Let's help our homeowners make the modificatiins they need for their homes to be repaired and modernized. Your house isn't ugly when you are able to properly maintain and update it. This year let's work together to help our neighbors make needed improvements to the place they call home.

HOMEOWNERSHIP BASED DEVELOPMENT COMING TO PRATT CITY?

For years we have pushed the narrative that we are 100% in support of development in Pratt City and North Pratt in particular with a focus on homeownership. Unfortunately over the past few years we have been faced wqith a debacle yet unresolved at the site of the Shadowbrookndevelopmen. With it has come increased flooding and sewer issues for the adjacent established area. Also with an increase in investor owned properties in the area there has been an increase in unkempt properties, trash dumping, undesirable tenant behavior, etc. We are excited to learn that new development, at least according to the slant of this article, will be focused on the development of homeownership based units.
