    INFORMATION SESSION ON THE 2022 NEIGHBORHOOD OFFICER ELECTION CRS is planning a WebEx information session on the 2022 neighborhood officer election on Thursday, January 20 th  and Tuesday, January 25 th . These information sessions are for current neighborhood officers, those with a desire to serve as an officer, and residents just curious about the election process. The Birmingham Promise Scholarship application for 2022 is NOW OPEN for Birmingham City School seniors who will be starting college this fall and seeking tuition assistance. The application deadline is June 1, 2022.  Apply at birminghampromise.org/scholarships
