OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS THE MAYOR & CITY DEPARTMENT HEADS

July 18 2022 City Hall

Email from A M Reynolds, CAB

Greetings CAB Officers,

In an attempt to provide quality leadership to the Citizens Advisory Board, Mayor Woodfin, the lead attorney for the city's legal department, director of public works, and other department heads have been invited to our meeting on July 18, 2022 @6:30p.m (3rd floor- Council Chambers).

This will be our time to hopefully get answers to questions we have concerning:
*Brush/trash issues (city wide)
*Projects submitted by neighborhoods and held up in legal a long time
*Budget thoughts: (even though it's afterwards). Were the people's concerns/issues addressed or considered when budget was done?

Please prepare your concern for the mayor and his staff. We are hopeful to get answers. Invite the other officers and concerned residents in your community to attend too. If time permits, questions from the audience will be allowed.

It's time for accountability from Mayor Woodfin's administration to the residents of Birmingham!

President - Jimmie Coleman
Vice President - Ellen Spencer
Secretary - Adrienne Reynolds
