SAFE HOUSE AVAILABILITY

Battlion Fire Chief Jackie Hicks has advised that anytime there is a Tornado Watch the safe houses will be open.

Residents can call the public education Division at 205 254 6560 fwoth questions or for more information.

When the news weather personnel issues a watch, the shelters will be opened at that time.

FOOD GIVEAWAYS

The St. John Senior Center in Dolomite is having their food drive giveaway every Saturday from 9:00 am until food is gone at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church/Senior Center. The address is  1101 Alexander St, Dolomite, AL 35061.
