IT'S TIME TO FIGHT CRIME


We can stop crime in our neighborhoods but we have to take responsibility for what is happening their. 

We have to start being neighbors again.

We have to practice "see something say something l" and "Faith OVER Fear".

It's been said, "stand for something or fall for anything." And, it rings true in regards to stopping crime in our communities.

We must stand together and fight this battle.

We must police first in our neighborhoods to help law enforcement be effective in policing the city.

The City will be closed on Good Friday All city offices, except for police, fire, and 911, will be closed on April 15 th  for Good Friday.   Nominations for the World Games “Circle of Champions” We would love to receive your nomination for The World Games “Circle of Champions.”   To commemorate The World Games, the City of Birmingham, Community Resource Services Division, in partnership with the World Games 2022, will be recognizing 23 individuals who exemplify leadership in their communities. This special recognition is for community change agents who have a long and tangible track record of results and of making an impact in the community in which they live and the industries in which they serve. Those individuals will be asked to sit within The World Games' “Circle of Champions.”  Nominations will be accepted between now through April 22nd.
