CONSENT ITEM 25. A Resolution determining that Jackie Robinson Day, to be held on Friday, April 14 and Saturday, April 15, 2023, serves a public purpose that promotes goodwill and that the expenditure of public funds in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 be used for this purpose, in accordance with Section 3-1-7 of the General Code of the City of Birmingham.
